The Three Pillars of Training for Men over 35

If you’re over 35, and you’re reading this- you are facing what seems like a contradiction:

On one hand- You’re feeling some effects of Father Time. You realize that you can’t lift like a 22 year old meathead anymore.

What used to work for you no longer works.

On the other hand- you are a long ways from throwing in the towel and just accepting that “this is how it is now.”

In fact, you might even have as sneaking suspicion that you’re best years are AHEAD of you still…that you haven’t yet reached your peak. You KNOW that you can reach new levels of fitness in your thirties, forties and beyond.

My friend- two things can be true at the same time. And both of the above statements are true.

What used to work won’t work anymore- but you can ABSOLUTELY reach new levels of fintess in your 30s, 40s and beyond…IF you train intelligently.
