What we do here is give you the resources and education required for you to play your own game. 

Fitness is a personal pursuit- and there is no “one true way.”  If you understand this, then you’re in the right place.

What You Won’t Get

To be clear, this isn’t the place for:

  • Dudes who think that cold plunges make them “Alpha.”  

Come to think of it-

if you describe yourself as an Alpha male- 

a) you’re not 

b) this isn’t the right spot for you 

  • Bio Hacking or Short Cuts

I will save you from wasted effort, but that doesn’t mean there won’t be any effort. 

There will be.  A lot of it. 

But you’re a grown ass man, you understand that results require effort.

  • “One True Way” Guru Bullshit 

    There are a lot of ways to get in shape. 

    Getting in shape can mean a lot of different things to a lot of different people. 

    I’m sharing perspective here- I certainly don’t have all the answers.

I believe in results — but also in context, nuance, and flexible thinking. This is for grown men, not dudes who choose to believe in dogmatic thinking.
