I’m a Woman — Should I Be Reading This?

Short Answer: Yes.

This newsletter is written to men — but it doesn’t mean it’s written only for men.

A lot of what we talk about here is relevant to anyone who wants to:

  • Train with purpose

  • Improve how they eat

  • Build stronger habits

  • Think more clearly

  • Show up with integrity in a busy life

If that’s you, you’re welcome here. Period.

But Yes, There Are Some Masculine Themes

You’ll see me talk about masculinity, fatherhood, and what it means to be a capable man in today’s world.

Not because I think men are more important — but because that’s the lane I know best. That’s who I am.

That said, I’ve had women tell me they actually love these parts of the newsletter — because it gives them:

  • Insight into how the men in their lives think and struggle

  • Language to support their partners, brothers, clients, or sons

  • A perspective that’s rarely shared in a grounded, respectful way

So even when I’m speaking to men, there’s a lot in here for the women who want to understand and engage with these conversations.

Women Are Already Here

Some of my most thoughtful readers, clients, and collaborators are women.

They show up not because they want to “train like a man,” but because they value the principles we talk about:

  • Sustainable habits

  • Health that lasts

  • Thinking clearly in the chaos of life

  • Playing their own Game

That applies across the board, regardless of gender.

No Need to Pretend

You don’t need to be “one of the guys” to get value here.

And I’m not going to suddenly shift tone or dilute the message either.

This newsletter is rooted in authenticity and respect.

If that resonates, then pull up a chair. You’re welcome here — and I’m glad you’re reading.
